More than 100 new businesses incorporate each day in California. Capitol News Service knows who they are and where to find them. 

Complete, up-to-date and accurate listings of newly incorporated busineeses, as well as updated information on existing corporations, are available through a subscription to the CORPORATION SERVICE.  

Subscriptions are currently available for a monthly fee of $850. 

The Corporation Service subscription includes: 
 

Name and address of each new corporation
Name and address of president
Name and address of agent for service of process
Corporation type (articles of incorporation, foreign name registration, etc.)
Corporation status (active, cancelled, etc.)
Classification (agricultural, credit union, mutual benefit, etc.)
Franchise Tax Board status
Corporation tax basis (stock, nonprofit).

The Corporation Service distributes information weekly via computer modem, diskette, or hard copy formats. Customized reports and labels addressed to new corporations are available.
